We are devoted to promoting good sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive atmosphere in which to learn. LAYHA will provide a positive experience to serve as a building block to constantly improve and challenge our young athletes. Our goal is to provide equal ice time to all members, so that each individual has an opportunity to improve and hoe his or her skills. Winning "at all cost" is not part of our philosophy, but winning as a result of good work ethic, positive attitudes, teamwork, and a good basic knowledge of the game should be emphasized. Code of Conduct PLAY FOR FUN! Work to improve your skills. Be a team player - get along with your teammates. Learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline. Be on time for practices and games. Learn the rules, and play by them. Always be a GOOD SPORT! Respect your coach, your teammates, your parents, opponents, and officials. NEVER argue with official's decisions.
