Annual Meeting

This years Annual Meeting will be held at the Lyndon Town School Cafeteria at 1:00 on the Sunday April 13th. In conjunction with this meeting we will also present awards and have a Spaghetti dinner. We are asking if everyone would please help and by bringing the following items by teams:

• Instructional Parents (includes Cross-Ice Mites) - Deserts
• Squirt Parents - Salad of some type
• Peewee Parents - Dinner Rolls
• Bantam Parents - Salad of some type

Annual Auction

LAYHA Annual Hockey Auction will be held Saturday April 5th,2008 at the Black Bear in St Johnsbury. Doors Open at 6:00pm with Live and Silent Auction, Cash Bar, Appetizers and a Comedian to follow.
Advanced Tickets into the Auction are $12.00 per person. To purchase advanced tickets they can call Amy Bergeron at 695-1030 or 274-4199.
Tickets will be available at the door for $15.00 per person only if they are not sold out ahead of time.

Fundraising

We are seeking volunteers to help with fundraising. Fundraising is important in keeping registration costs down while providing an enjoyable experience for our kids. Please contact Amy Bergeron to help. We need all of the help and ideas we can get.

Financial Statements

Financial statements have been mailed to members who have outstanding balances in our records. If you believe you were billed in error please contact John Peters or Carl Sirois. Please have your check number/credit card statement and amount paid available when discussing financial statement issues.
